Use of the service
You may use Fuzzbucket only for lawful purposes and only in connection with work you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for the material you submit and for the way you use any output generated through the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account.
Generated output
Fuzzbucket may assist with strategy, copy, creative direction, and generated assets, but final review remains your responsibility. You should assess outputs for accuracy, rights clearance, brand suitability, and compliance before external use.
Plans and payments
If paid plans are enabled for your account, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing cadence, and payment terms presented at the point of purchase or in the product.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse third-party systems, distribute malicious content, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
Service changes
Fuzzbucket is an evolving product. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with legal obligations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fuzzbucket is provided on an as-available basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
