Affiliate Program Terms

You must have an active Fuzzbucket account, apply through the official Fuzzbucket campaign in Rekomi using the same email address, create or claim your Rekomi creator account, and provide accurate onboarding and payout information. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and receive affiliate payments where you live.

Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove an affiliate based on program fit, legal or platform requirements, suspected abuse, or risk to customers or the Fuzzbucket brand. Applying or receiving a referral link does not guarantee approval, traffic, earnings, or continued participation.

An approved and payout-ready affiliate can earn a 20% recurring commission on eligible paid Fuzzbucket subscription payments attributed to that affiliate for up to 12 months from the referred customer's first eligible paid subscription. Subscriptions receiving Fuzzbucket for Startups credits or any other startup-program benefit are not eligible for affiliate commission. Credit top-ups, free access, taxes, refunded or charged-back amounts, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, and other transactions Rekomi or Fuzzbucket marks ineligible do not earn commission.

The commission record in Rekomi is the operational record for eligible orders, renewals, refunds, balances, and payouts, subject to correction of errors or fraud. Fuzzbucket does not promise that every click, signup, invite redemption, or customer will produce a commission.

Ordinary affiliate links use a 60-day referral window when the visitor allows affiliate tracking. A valid member-owned beta invite permanently records its Fuzzbucket owner at account creation and takes priority over unrelated browser referral state. General or administrative beta invites may preserve a valid browser referral.

Attribution depends on valid tracking, customer actions, provider availability, and the program rules in effect for the transaction. Cookie blocking, declined tracking, deleted browser data, an invalid link, self-referral controls, or another valid server-owned invitation may prevent or replace browser attribution.

Payouts are scheduled monthly through Rekomi once the approved balance reaches $5 and the applicable 14-day grace period and payout onboarding requirements are complete. Rekomi controls available payout methods and may require identity, tax, or payment information. You are responsible for your taxes and any fees imposed by your payment provider.

Full refunds remove the related commission. Partial refunds reduce it proportionally. Chargebacks, reversals, duplicate orders, fraud, or later-discovered ineligibility may also reduce a pending or future balance. No commission is final until it clears the applicable review and grace period.

Recommendations must reflect your honest experience. Clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may earn a commission near each endorsement or affiliate link, using language ordinary people can understand. A disclosure hidden in a profile, terms page, hashtag block, or generic phrase such as ‘affiliate link’ may be insufficient.

Do not make claims about Fuzzbucket, its features, supported platforms, security, pricing, results, revenue, time savings, or customer outcomes unless the claim is current, accurate, and supplied or approved by Fuzzbucket. You remain responsible for following advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, platform, and community rules that apply to your promotion.

You may not self-refer; use fake identities, accounts, traffic, reviews, or transactions; stuff cookies or trigger tracking without an informed user action; overwrite another affiliate's valid attribution; spam email, comments, communities, or direct messages; conceal your relationship with Fuzzbucket; impersonate Fuzzbucket; or use deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Without written permission, you may not bid on Fuzzbucket trademarks or confusing variants in paid search, register confusing domains or social accounts, publish unauthorized coupons or rebates, place links on coupon or deal sites, run sub-affiliate networks, purchase traffic that obscures its source, or present yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Fuzzbucket.

While approved, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use current Fuzzbucket affiliate materials solely to promote the program lawfully. Do not alter logos in misleading ways, imply sponsorship of unrelated content, or continue using materials after approval ends.

You own your original content. If you give Fuzzbucket permission to feature or co-market that content, the separate written permission for that use controls. Participation does not transfer ownership of Fuzzbucket software, trademarks, product assets, or confidential information.

Fuzzbucket and Rekomi may review referral activity and public promotions to operate the program, verify eligibility, prevent abuse, support affiliates, and comply with law. We may request the placement, correction, or removal of an inaccurate, undisclosed, or non-compliant promotion.

Fuzzbucket stores program identity, status, invite activity, attribution, and acceptance records. Rekomi separately stores creator onboarding, tracking, order, commission, balance, tax, and payout information under its own terms and privacy practices.

You or Fuzzbucket may end participation at any time. We may immediately pause links, withhold pending amounts for investigation, reject transactions, or terminate participation for breach, fraud, platform abuse, legal risk, inactivity, or conduct that could harm users or Fuzzbucket.

Valid commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms, refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, payout onboarding, and applicable law. Amounts connected to prohibited conduct or ineligible transactions may be cancelled. After termination, stop presenting yourself as an affiliate and stop using program materials.

We may change the program, commission offer, eligibility rules, or these terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and may require renewed acceptance. Changes do not retroactively remove a valid commission already cleared for payout unless correction is required for refund, chargeback, error, fraud, or law.

You participate as an independent promoter, not as an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or legal representative of Fuzzbucket. You cannot bind Fuzzbucket or make commitments on its behalf. These terms supplement the Fuzzbucket Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
