Fuzzbucket for Startups Program Terms

The program is for Fuzzbucket customers from pre-launch through Series A, founded within the last five years and with fewer than 50 employees. Existing paid customers must apply within 60 days of their first successful subscription payment. Fuzzbucket may request information to verify eligibility.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Benefits are activated only after Fuzzbucket approves the application. If the approved email does not have an account, Fuzzbucket sends a single-use invitation locked to that email with 50 credits. The startup membership remains reserved for the approved email and cannot be shared or transferred through invitations, referrals or partner codes.

Fuzzbucket covers 25% of eligible subscription charges for 12 months from approval, up to a maximum total benefit of $1,000 per company. For an existing paid subscription, the benefit begins with the next eligible renewal after approval and is not applied retroactively. The startup remains responsible for the other 75% and for all excluded charges.

The benefit applies only to eligible recurring subscription charges. AI usage, credit top-ups, add-ons, taxes, overages and other usage-based charges are excluded.

Only one startup program membership is permitted per company. The benefit cannot be combined with another promotion, exchanged for cash, transferred to another company or account, or obtained through an invitation or referral.

Membership expires 12 months after approval or when the company receives $1,000 in total benefits, whichever happens first.

Fuzzbucket may verify application information and revoke or suspend membership for inaccurate information, abuse, ineligibility or a violation of these terms. Revocation does not refund charges already paid.

Fuzzbucket may update or end the program for future applicants. Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated when required.

Use of Fuzzbucket remains subject to the Fuzzbucket Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these program terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these program terms control only for the startup benefit.
