Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of Fuzzbucket account data and connected social integration data.

Disconnect social channels in Fuzzbucket

Open Fuzzbucket settings, go to Connectors, and disconnect any Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Threads profile you no longer want Fuzzbucket to access. Disconnecting a channel stops future access through that connection.

Request deletion from Fuzzbucket

Email hi@fuzzbucket.ai from the email address on your Fuzzbucket account. Include the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, Threads profile, workspace, or account data you want removed so we can locate the correct records.

Request deletion through Meta

You may also remove Fuzzbucket from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings and send a data deletion request through Meta where that option is available. If Meta sends us a deletion request for your app-scoped user ID, we use that identifier to locate and delete associated platform data in our systems.

What we delete

We delete or de-identify stored social connection records, encrypted access tokens, connected publishing targets, publishing job records, external post references, provider responses, and analytics snapshots associated with the connected Meta account, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legal compliance.

Confirmation

We will confirm when your request has been completed or explain any legitimate reason a limited record must be retained. Deleting integration data may remove publishing history, analytics history, and the ability to manage previously connected targets from Fuzzbucket.
